还是回归家坛主题吧－看看我的房客布置的家。

他今天搬走，我只花了一天时间就找到新的房客。第一任房客住了五年因结婚离开；这第二任住了两年多一点，也要结婚所以离开；看我这第三任的房客能住多久了。她是从宾州搬来的，在纽约已住了两年，是ＣＨＡＲＴＥＲ　ＳＣＨＯＯＬ的老师。明天她入住。到时看她怎么布置。说来我这小ＳＴＵＤＩＯ风水不错，我自己住了两年多，遇到我老公，结婚搬出；两任房客也都是住在这里后找到朋友结婚搬走。我曾对我还单身的朋友开玩笑说还想结婚的就来租我的幸运房。

题外话：我本来曾考虑过要不要改成短期出租，因为我现在外出旅游都是租这种短期出租房，觉得很舒服，价钱也好。可是最近一朋友带三小孩来纽约玩，我帮她找的短期出租房，是不错。但他们住过后那房子像经历了龙卷风袭击。立马让我打消短期出租的念头。因为短期出租的租客把房子当旅馆，不会小心使用。我可不想让我的房子被糟蹋。钱再多也不值得。

图１，２，３是第一任女房客布置的；图４，５，６是第二任男房客布置的，他喜欢画画，墙上得画都是他自己画的；图７，８，９，１０是我自住刚搬进去时拍的。我喜欢简洁，不喜欢沙发地毯之类的厚重物件。
