2.会用手表了,会用fitness app 了,第一次跑步戴耳机(从来没用过耳机),
3.学习了最高心率的算法,运动心率范围,略知Vo2max ,
4. 开始做俯卧撑,公园里吊一吊(dead hang ), 跑前热身,跑后拉伸
