炊烟袅袅找距离

今天常规跑操场。

跑interval，我跑interval的速度，是喵儿爸跑几英里tempo的速度，距离啊距离。

跑道边上的building升起阵阵炊烟，不知道是不是食堂开伙了，lol.想起邓丽君王菲都唱过的那首又见炊烟，我还是喜欢王菲，不知道为啥。

FB上提醒我8年前的今天第一次骑车登上魔鬼山，那时候还慈眉善目的，顶着个巨大的蘑菇头盔，34块钱买的，哈哈
