三个月第一次真正跑步

今天跑了三个月来第一次跑步。

本来不打算跑的， 早上和爸妈爱美丽老迈从旅馆走去natural bridge park。三迈多。走走停停一个小时。我都觉得不耐烦了，就说我跑回旅馆把车开过来。

跑出半迈才想起来车钥匙还在老迈那里，再折返回去找他要钥匙。晕。

穿的是走路穿的Patagonia 抓绒衫，还好一直穿hoka的鞋子。跑到后面热死了。

心率很高，太久没有上有氧的强度了。 不过总算是开张了，纪念一下。

这条路线是santa cruz半马的一部分，想到自己当年从那里冲下去在海边终点的兴奋。
