解锁新技能，开始练举重---两支八磅哑铃是不是太轻了？

落花学打毛线，搓麻将，打枪，熬不能训练运动的日子。偶为了养腰养hip, 决定躺平练举重。看看初养兰花的回报。落花要不要玩儿泥巴，跟熊一切当花匠，势不可挡；-）

幽谷出幽兰，秋来花畹畹。与我共幽期，空山欲归远。

从第一朵始放到现在，三两周过去，花痴等着这一刻，要来个特写

养花儿的乐趣，大部份时间是寂寞的。不过花痴的方法是养不同季节开得花儿，四时总有花儿开，等到的时间里就没有那么悠长

观其态，闻其香，尝其蜜。

空谷幽兰，是为君也。

深秋的蟹爪兰，等不到圣诞节就早早地开了

期待爆花的日子

三种颜色的蟹爪兰，这两种早开，还有一种粉红色的，总是等到春节才开

今年的菊花姗姗来迟，总算看到一点点花信了
