I found the IF to be easy but I have a dilema. I could not have daily bowel movement if I do IF. I need to eat good amount of foods to have bowel movement. Does anyone else have similar dilema? How do you manage to overcome this?

早上几口咖啡下肚,半小时之内就有反应。喝苹果醋也行。不过,人与人不一样,有人反应快,有人可能压根没反应。

IF 是限制吃饭时间段,而不是限制饮食量。你在吃的时候多吃纤维就可以了啊
