swim endurance and ballet photo

昨天的swim set是endurance focused, 最长510米，短的也有120米。对于苹果手表记录和手机程序计算pace来说是好事，但是游起来真无聊，我数着数着就忘记圈数了。

最后的数字比我平时shorter drill卡起来好很多，2280米，53分钟，包括几组中间休息时间。510米10分钟以内。我觉得技术以外我真的需要目标和动力才能游长的。小伙伴们分享一下你们怎么在游泳池里一圈一圈不停游吧！
