哇大美女啊！盘靓条顺！

Garmin替我数圈，但是很多时间我为了锻炼自己的记忆（我摔车脑出血有段时间影响记忆力），会强迫自己数。说错了就多游，哈哈。

我和爱美丽跑坡repeat的时候，我也会跑到后面忘记跑了几个了，都要爱美丽提醒我。

其实说穿了，这就是年纪大的一个表现，我们要有意识地锻炼自己。不光是身体，脑子也要练的哦。
