精灵太厉害了，非常轻松的完成 toes to bar，我再 push 自己一下

做做这个 higher than toes to bar, 想叫 knees to bar, 实际上应该是比 thigh to bar 都更高了，差不多是 waist to bar, toes to the ceiling . Anyway, 名字不重要，就是达到提高锻炼能力就可以了。

视频里面开始做的两个还是 toes  to bar,  后面 10 个是 knees to bar 。
