每次跑步前热身时会慢跑几分钟后做一些drill,开合跳,腿下击掌,高抬腿,脚跟踢屁股,前弓大跨步,抬腿卷腹,等等,总共10到15分钟吧。平时会做一些自重训练,但不系统。推荐的录像中有少部分动作做过。
