两次惨痛的教训:第一次,beiren, 为了急于租出,未受押金,住一个月后跑了,有租约在。第二次,heren, 给了押金及房租的支票,住了一月,去兑时,发现是空头支票,人未跑,答应分五次付清所有,实在不敢再涉险了,把他赶走。问题是如何才能追回他所欠的钱?真是血的教训啊?怎搞不懂,你如此好地对待房客,可人家从不为你作想。两次损失近$5k.
哪位高人有何建议,追回这些损失,或用法律手段惩罚一下这些家伙?万分感谢!
