问一个很弱智的问题，嘿嘿，新手，别砸我

银行曾说帮我们lock一个低的利率，可是左等右等，就是没有。后来我们让银行lock了一个高一点的。

请问：如果那个低利率出现后，我们可以再要求lock它吗？
