请教班长，如大, Va_landlord 等， 如果市政府要买俺的房子怎么个价钱？

俺现在offer 一个房子， 在市里一条繁忙的大街边， 由于街道扩建， 这个房子和附近的几栋房子都是在被征收的区域内， 征收的时间大概在三年后， 班子，如大，Va_landlord 到时候这个征收价是怎么算？是按当时的市价？
