Thanks. ... I need to find out how they calculate fair market value. The assessed value in 2013 is much lower (-30%) than 2011. 

I need to re-think if buying it or not. 本来想买来出租的， 12% return. 要是3年就给征收了，获利空间就没多少了。 那还买来干啥？
