短卖房被体检过了，向同学们汇报请示一下

体检后发现：plumbing 要全换（update），虽然现在无大问题，但感觉它是一个随时会爆的定时炸弹。两个bath tabk有细小cracking, 也要换掉，以绝后患。

在我，我的agent和体检师给房子作检查时，房东也在，he is a very nice guy and we chatted and chatted. He wanted to be present because last time the inspector caused some damage! ...??

在这过程中居然来了四拨人看房，有agent 带领的，有自己闯入的，有华艮，有阿米哥 。。。房东居然都让进！！How can he put up with so much disturbance? 我的一般经验是房东make it almost impossible to see the house so the house will be listed for sale for ever so that he or she can live in it forever, for free.

我在想counter offer 要求价格下调两万。同学们以为如何？
