Good thinking but it does not seem like.

Well, I have seen lots of SS home owners just want to make it difficult for potential home buyers so that they can live in it for free for longer or only allow their intended buyer to buy (u c what I mean?). Of course hey need to demonstrate to the bank that they are "trying".
