回忆一下我的白男listing agent 变成dual agent后的恶心行为。

我卖房子时listing agent变成了dual agent. 最后闹得agent竟然企图控告我。

一个中国买主直接找的我的listing agent, 买客认为我能省下佣金，
所以拼命地用中文要我降价，但我和listing agent 定的合同没有说dual agent我就省佣金。我还是要给出6%的佣金的，当然我不同意降价。结果这华人买客不降价就不买我房子了。

我正好和listing agent的合同到期，我就变成了屋主降价自卖。他得知我屋主自卖
很快找到了买主，就找个律师控告我违法合同，要找我要他6%的佣金.结果那个人又
不买了，我就告诉他的律师我的房子还在市场上，最后我也得花$400雇律师咨询并
且给他的律师写了封信交涉才没有被这dual agent讹诈成。
