 to give back 1% of his commission to them.

I told the Chinese buyer that I would not reduce the price because I have to pay 6% commission. I only care about how much $$$$ in my own pocket. and if I sell my house by myself I could reduce the price  because I don't have to pay the realtor 6% commission.
