怎么办？

看上一银行房，已经under contract，现在lender require some repair， 我的agent 要求 seller to do

 the repair，但是seller就是不给回信呀，等了两周了，马上都要到closing date了，如果不能按时close，

contract写得是要付 $50 per diem charge, 我的agent说如果不是我的fault， 我可以不付，可是银行硬要我

付怎么办？我的agent看上去很不积极。 请问，这个seller是不是不想给修呀？故意拖着，有什么猫腻？我应

该做什么最坏的打算？
