Freddie Mac changed a lot recently. Unlike FHA, which seldom negotiate, Freddie Mac now can negotiate and also willing to fix some urgent damages, such as leaking. But you can not expect them for any renovation, or rehab.

If they don't fix it, do you want to walk away?
