haha, that is also very true.....

let me tell you a little story...

last year, we were plan to build an addition the 40 units complex we own, 52 units, estimated cost 3.2 mil.  all the initial papers came back were all good, we got pre-approved, so we had an architect draw a full set of print, then summit it both to the bank and zoning...

haha, after all the run around, we got the loan approved, but with one condition...and can you guess what that condition was????

haha, for the 3.2 mil loan, we need to have a deposit of 1 mil in cash deposit account with the bank...
