关于第五个或以上residential mortgage

这个好好的帖子：http://bbs.wenxuecity.com/tzlc/275107.html 。如果你在麻省附近，已经有四个residential mortgage了，还想再要的话，打电话到Leader Bank。不过，从第五个residential mortgage开始，你需要有较强的asset reserve,401K/IRA里面的钱也可以算。

其实我还打听到另外三个附近的本地银行也可以做，但是条件没有Leader Bank好。
