Bro cone, keep borrowing money is not the viable business model in the future. anything can happen these days. If banks seriously need money to stay alive (it looks like it is going that way everyday), they can call the all the mortgage due in the same day. Normally this will not happen, but nothing is guranteed these days..

if this happens, can you come up with all the money? can you even sell at all?
