地下室长mold，咋 办？？？

各位大侠，
因为无人进驻，地下室的ceiling stud 长了mold (light green or gray-white color, not black, maybe not mold, anyway, it is kind of fungi.
I checked online and washed with hydrogen peroxide (3%) and boric acid (2 cups per gallon), and power washed again after that, dried. it was fine for several weeks, now, the same thing is back.

some online mold forum suggested hydrogen peroxide (10%) and boric acid (2 cups per gallon), probably the H2O2 concentration I used was too low, killed mold but not the spores?

anybody has some experience with mold on ceiling stud? any comments and suggestions? Thanks.
