Your rental property looks very good. I was wondering if you might consider selling instead. If you are willing to consider a lease with option to buy, then I should be able to offer you full market value.

This is how it would work: I would lease the property from you with a contract in place for 6 to 24 months that gives me the right to buy at the agreed-upon price. You would not have to worry about tenants any longer, because I manage everything. You would not have to pay 6% real estate agent fees and would be able to lock in today's full market value price in this turbulent market.
