Business is business. Don't get emotional with your rental prope

Give you an example: If you paid 100K today for a house, someone is willing to pay you 5K non-refundable money to buy the option to purchase the property from you for $120K within 24 months, are you willing to make such a deal? If you think 120K is too low, how about 140K? The selling price is negotiable. So as long as there is a price level at which you are willing to negotiate, you can consider such an option.
