叩谢各位,没有出租收入值得报税吗?

去年十月买房，刚租出，所以没有出租收入，但是买房过户费，HOA, 地税，加起来有$2000, 收入超过15万.
如报税$2000，可以carry over 吗? 或着抵gross income ?
