Depreciation is according to your county assess property value (exclude land value, because land can not be depreciated), divide by 27.5 years to arrive you yearly depreciation expenses. There were not $7000 per year 之说. You need to calculate eveny house's depreciation expenses. Therefore, each house's depreciation expenses mostlikely will be different.
