当你用depreciation时，你的收入减少，因而不必交那么多的税，看起来非常有利。

但当你买房时，你的房子的卖价可能大大高于你所认为得房价（因为房子被贬值了）。理论上你就要为着部分利润（可能是几十万）赋税。

depreciation实际上是一种延税的方式，当然各地对此的计算不同，因而你的策略可能也就不同了。
