这地留着还是卖？

大约三个月前，买了块银行拍卖的地。前地主高峰时买价大约1.25 million.我从银行的买价是25万。Conty 已经Approve了15个lot.现在有人想出价30万买。这片地是在一个很好的社区中。我们这里一般地价应该在10万左右。长期持有优点是有升值潜力，缺点是税高。各位高人有什么想法？
