Remeber: land investment is for long term. Typically it is 7~10 years. Since right now we are at RE低潮, you have to expend the time frame into 10~15 years. I feel right now most people don't have long term patient. That's why land market is so slow these days.
从投资观点看地回收大. I will say after 10 or 15 year late, you could gain X2, X5 or X10. Another tricky thing is: you need to make sure your land will be developed in the future. You have to check with city planning inside. If they have no future plan, the land price will never up even just next to the residential area. Some land is reserved for some special purpose and never allow to build the house.
But you said your land is zoned as R6 already. It is for muilt-units use. It should be pretty good.
