Septic有这么便宜吗？

还是就是麻州贵？上次我看的一个多家庭，也是septic坏了，公司给的报价近4万，而且说Single house在2.5-3万之间，我估计是指整个septic都重新建。如果修理一下，可能会是8千左右。但这个房子的septic我也不知道是要大修还是小修。房子是72年的，建在半山坡上。
