这个买方中介怎么这样？害我们损失$3000

跟我们讲closing 只要两三百，最后是$3700!
差的也太离谱了。
他的commission是4%，是一般房子的近两倍，是不是因为commission比较高，故意的。

是中国人，也算是熟人，总是抹不下面子。
