Here is what I heard. Not a lawyer, so please talk with your own lawyer.
Once the bank gets the house, they'll sell it at market price. They then can go back to the court and ask for deficiency judgement. But what I heard is that they are not doing this for some reason.
Not sure too many people are expert on this. Most people here are good on investment.
