来问问有经验的房东，印度房客怎样？近期来了两家印度人找房子的，开口就要Discount和短租

第一家，是个在本地刚找到工作的儿子和妈妈一起来的，看完房子后还满意，就是问能不能租六个月， 或者租一年能不能给个 Discount？

第二家，是从New York来本地做生意的，也是看完房子后问能不能租六个月？

答案自然都是 NO。
