刚查了一下，Liability insurance 不包括租客？

责任险非常重要，当房主没有住在里面时，房屋内出现一些问题，除房客以外的人受伤等，责任险可以做出相应理赔。并且责任险还包含和出租屋相关的律师费用、DefenseCost辩护费用，但不包含房客的责任险费用，也就是说如果是房客在出租屋内摔伤，责任险不理赔。
