escrow要保持12个月的的结余

closing的时候，你付12个月的prepaid escrow+1个月的当月的escrow=13个月。

现在过了一个月，你要付下个月的escrow。那12个月的prepaid escrow不能花，需要一直保持下去12个月的结余。

这是我的估计，你也不细说为什么你要保持12个月的escrow，也不说现在账单上要多少钱。
