My friendly suggestion to you: Don't buy too many in Texas

Diversify into more profitable markets. For example, Florida is currently presenting huge opportunities price wise. DC's Northern VA suburb is also presenting huge opportunities. In these market, you can get the same if not better cash flow, at the same time, you reserved future appreciation potential. Trust me, I have done my researches. :-) If it's not truth, I won't tell you.
