I like what I saw on my last trip to DC, so I may indeed go there.

I like Florida, too. I lived there before :)

But I can only be in one place at a time, and I have to build something of scale because of the expenses associated with remote investment. So this year I will stay in TX unless things change.

The Central Valley of CA actually has similar cash flow now, so I am interested in there too.

I will continue to pay attention to these areas.

So you see my problem: too little money, too many opportunties.
