A: Mid-line neck nodule, fine needle aspirate

Final Diagnosis
A. Negative for malignant cells. Consistent with benign thyroid sample including follicular cells and colloid.

Adequacy Interpretation
** Diff quik rapid read**
#1-3: lesions material, epithelial, favor benign

Gross Description 
20cc clear pink RPMI and 6 smears (3 diff quik and 3 paps)

Stsins
A: mid-line neck nodule, fine needle aspirate
Smear received x 6, thin prep non-gyn
