急问：甲状腺B超结果. TSH正常,有甲状腺结节,

我上个月问过：女，４2岁，无病 史.  近１个月，才发现有甲状腺结节, 摸可以感受到，在嗓子的右部。象喉节，无痛，无任何吞咽困难感觉。８月份体检，TSH正常：２。５. 需要注意什么？谢谢. 上两周，做了B超，结果如下：

Indication: Palpable right-sided lump/thyroid nodule

The right lobe measure: 5.6X3.0X2.5 cm. It is partially replaced by a dominant complex partially cystic/partialy solid noduel in the lower pole and extending intot the midpole measuring 3.4C2.5X2.1 cm. The remainder of the right lobe is slightly heterogeneous in echogenicity with question of subtle hypoechoic nodularity superiorly. 

Left lobe measures: 4.5X1.5X1.2 cm. It contains a heterogeneous hypoechoic nodule at the posterior aspet of the upper pole neasuring 5X4X2 mm and a complex cystic focus in the lower pole at 3X2X2 mm. The remainder of the lobe is slightly heterogeneous in echogenicity. There may be a small calcification inferiorly as well.

Impression: Dominant complex partially cyctic or necrotic nodule right lobe of thyroid. Further workup is indicated as the nature the lesion is not determined. 

Tiny heterogeneous hypochoic/complex foci left lobe.
Question subtle hypochoic nodule superior right lobe. 


没太看明白。请问，有什么情况吗？谢谢。
