I heard that 甲状腺癌发展很慢。 One teen girl waited half year for the surgen her parents wanted. So I think you can wait for that American doctor if you want.

And did you go for second opinion? This is very important too.

I have two 甲状腺结节 found almost three years ago, similar size of yours. But my doctor said they are too small to do 穿刺病检. I need to pay more attention.
