Left Thyroid: possible oncocytic(Hurthle cell) Neoplasm

Fairly cellular specimen with a predominance of oncocytes (hurthle cells)
present, arranged as solid clusters of cells. Pathologic determination of malignant potential in an oncocytic neoplasm needs excisinoal tissue biopsy.

Suggestion: will need to have LLsion Remove ?
