最近我在美国的家庭医生那里查TG是1.6NG/mL，这个结果是不是很不好，还有NG/mL这个单位和国内用的ug/L怎么换算？我现在需要再次作碘131么？真的很不想做，很难受。
ng/ml = ug/l, it's too early to decide if you need I-131 or not.

TSH是O.164L单位是uIU/mL,请问这是什么意思，和国内的单位miu/L怎样比较？
T4,Free(Direct)是1.77ng/dL

对了TG和其他几个指标不是一天抽的血有关系么？ NO

都是空腹并且没有服用甲状腺素的早上抽的？ If you want to check your Tg without thyroid hormone, you need to stop it for at least 6 weeks.

Your TSH level indicates that you're still under thyroid hormone suppression (or not stop long enough)

Your Tg is< 2 with thyroid hormone suppression (as indicated by your TSH), you need to check a thyroid sonogram, a whole body scan and Tg/Ab after thyroid hormone withdraw or using Thyrogen stimulation to monitor for recurrence. You need to see an endocrinologist to manage your thyroid cancer, it's too complicated for your family physician to manage.
