《夜雨寄北》    A letter to wife in raining night

君问归期未有期，  I don’t know the date while you ask me when I could return.

巴山夜雨涨秋池。 The pond in front of my window is brimming in this raining night in Ba mountain.

何当共剪西窗烛， When could we trim the candle wicks together in night under our western window?　　

却话巴山夜雨时。 And tell each other what  you had been doing in that night when it was raining in Ba mountain.
