Not sure. Seems subtle. If you are really that westernized,

then it's probably OK. Still I think each tradition, if worthy, is too subtle for foreigners. 

I used to listen to western classical music, but no longer interested. However, Beethoven is an exception. His works are full of raw life. Other western composers produced some fine individual pieces too, but Beethoven is the only one as a complete composer that survived my Chinese taste.
