or low risk of cancer. Cat 3 equivocal (inconclusive).  Cat 4-5 high risk of cancer. 如果 prostate density 高过1.5 and Pi-RADS 5，基本可以肯定cancer. 要看的是whether the cancer is progressive and 有沒有扩散。
