新手求教, D50 配什么头能满足下面条件

刚从同事手里拿来了D50, 但镜头是很一般的Quantaray 28 mm - 90 mm.
考虑配Nikon的, 请大家帮忙推荐. 就三个要求:
1. 女儿常上台表演, 需要在低光远程下表现好的(无法用闪光)
2. 抓拍NFL/NBA比赛, 没银子上职业镜头,最大范围内自娱自乐就好
3. 旅游时喜欢拍远景,鸟虫啥的.

价位在$1500以内. 先谢了
