flax seed对月经周期有影响吗？

前一段时间看到有姐妹说吃flax seed对身体好。我就开始每天吃半勺（勺子不大）。但吃了之后，月经每次差不多提前近一周。已经连着几个月。我想问问其他姐妹有这种情况吗？如果没有的话，看来我得去看医生了。
