such as hip flexor stretch, hampstring stretch; my favorite is 趴在地上,一手尽量向前伸,另一侧的脚尽量向后伸,好像有点牵引的意思。总之是多尝试,小心慢慢来,listen to your own body, your body will tell you which is good for you:-). 少坐多动!
